With a growing pilot shortage and limited access to personalized instruction, we set out to offer a higher standard of training—rooted in real-world flying, not just textbook procedures. Our location provides an ideal learning environment, with access to diverse airspace, terrain, and weather conditions that prepare students for the challenges of real-world aviation.
SkyWings Aviation is a family founded business who saw the gaps in traditional training—large schools that felt impersonal, high prices, and a lack of mentorship. We set out to build something better: a school where students are known by name, where instructors are mentors, and where every flight lesson is built around real-world scenarios that develop confident, capable aviators.

SkyWings Aviation is a best-in-class flight school located centrally out of KGVL in Northeast Georgia. The instructors are top notch, and the planes are well-maintained.
